By accessing or using NoGlyph products and services, including Blueprint Stack, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
License and Use
Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use purchased software according to the product license terms shown at purchase. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or claim ownership of NoGlyph software.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account. We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing of licensed files, or violations of applicable law.
Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed by third-party providers. Pricing and product details are displayed at checkout. Refund handling, if offered, is governed by the policy in effect at time of purchase.
Service Availability
We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, but we aim to maintain reliable service and support.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoGlyph is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Total liability is limited to amounts paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
